Saudi oil shutdown won't impact gas prices like in the past: Global Energy Institute President

Attacks on Saudi Arabia's oil facilities wiped out half of the country's oil capacity. That's roughly 5% of global daily oil production. But U.S. Chamber of Commerce's President of the Global Energy Institute, Marty Durbin, says the impact is not as big as in the past due to an uptick in American oil and gas production.
