The Internet made a bold discovery 20-plus years in the making: Sarah Paulson did NOT star in Matilda. Despite the actress's striking resemblance to Embeth Davidtz, who played Miss Honey in the beloved 1996 movie, they are NOT the same person. Honestly, though, it's hard to believe they aren't related: THEY SHARE THE SAME FACE.
The Twitterverse wasn't ready for this Mandela Effect-type realization.

However, it's not the first time Paulson has netted comparisons to other actors. Many think Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown looks like a young Paulson, and we can't say we disagree. Peggy Lipton? The Twin Peaks Log Lady (it's a stretch, but we see it). Lana Del Rey, too (LOLOLOLOL). And let's not forget Adele.
Hmm … we sense a conspiracy theory brewing here.
