Sarah Paulson Just Reacted to Everyone Thinking She Looks Like Adele

• Sarah Paulson reacted to fans thinking she and Adele look literally identical.

• Science tells us they may, in fact, be the same person. Unconfirmed.

Adele recently blessed everyone’s timeline with a photo of herself positively thriving in quarantine while the rest of us (me) can barely find the will to put on pants, and the internet was immediately shook by how much she looks like actress Sarah Paulson.

Like, behold Exhibit A: Adele, looking gorgeous per usual, standing in this circle of flowers and wheat.

And then there’s Exhibit B: Sarah Paulson chilling with a cat on the cover of a magazine.

As you can tell, these two might be related and/or secretly the same person, at least according to the good folk of Twitter, who spent last week completely beside themselves:

Sooooo, how does Sarah Paulson feel about the comparisons to Adele? Turns out she’s aware of them and, understandably, all about them.

“This has been going on for a while, this ‘Adele looks like Sarah Paulson,’” the actress said on SiriusXM’s EW Live. “Listen, I’ll take it. What I wish they were comparing is my talent to her talent and saying that mine is as great as hers. Quite honestly…they can’t say. Because no one’s talent is as great as hers. Which is really irritating. Looking like her? She’s a beauty! I’ll take it.”

Meanwhile, I’m starting to look more and more like Joe Exotic from Tiger King thanks to cutting my own bangs. Goodbye.
