For those of us who are fans, we've been watching Sarah Jessica Parker and Sex And The City since most of us were children. It's hard not to notice that as we've grown up, so has the star. However, Parker has been open about the process of "aging" and what it means for Hollywood actresses today and recently echoed her same sentiments in a recent interview.

During her appearance on The Howard Stern Show, Parker revealed that she always thinks about getting a facelift or Botox. However, she only needs to stick to her routine of visiting a dermatologist and caring for her skin. Despite this, she feels like she's missed out on a traditional, good facelift that a woman should get at the age of 44 — and that it was okay. Still, she does understand why people choose to have a facelift in today's society when there's much emphasis on visual beauty standards.

The overarching theme of the conversation between Stern and Parker is that aging is okay. While some may want to do major or minor tweaks to their faces as they get older, others may enjoy the process of gradually seeing themselves go later into their years. It's sad that in 2023, society still holds women to different standards than men and points out natural order.

As Parker mentioned, where was this same energy for Andy Cohen, a man with a head full of gray hair?
