Sarah Jessica Parker is swapping out her Manolos for grape-stomping galoshes. On February 27, the former Sex and the City star announced the summer debut of her of Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé collection. But what exactly inspired the actress and designer to step out from under her iconic character's cosmo affinity? In a promotional video for the launch, SJP opened up about the partnership with New Zealand-based winery Invivo and her IRL love for the drink.

"At the end of the work day, I have a glass of wine. Literally, every single day. Every. Single. Day," she said. Except it's not actually a glass. She drinks out of empty jars, which seems like the ultimate hack—you can definitely fit more in there! We're taking notes, girl.

Beyond Parker's personal interest in, well, drinking it, the self-proclaimed "true wine lover" will have her hand in every step of the winemaking process, including naming and design of the bottles. "I'm so looking forward to traveling to New Zealand to see where the grapes grow and the wine is made," she said, according to the website. "The boys even brought me a pair of 'Gumboots' (a New Zealand term for galoshes)—which they assure me are the height of Kiwi Vineyard Fashion. Regardless, happy to have and perhaps even wear them."

Per co-founder, Rob Cameron, the line will look expensive, taste expensive, but have an affordable price tag. "It's pretty freakin' special," Parker added. Soooo, looks like we'll be sipping SJP-approved Sauvignon Blanc and Rosé all summer long.
