Sarah Jessica Parker Celebrates Turning 59 with Stylish ‘Birthday Boots’ and of Course They Have a Bow

Sarah Jessica Parker has the perfect pair of boots to walk her into her 59th birthday!

The actress, who marked the milestone on Monday, gave fans a glimpse of her "birthday boots," straight from her SJP by Sarah Jessica Parker footwear line.

"Been waiting for the occasion. Walking me into the @savoytheatreldn and then onward into the night, post show. I'm counting on them to direct me towards some champagne and merriment," wrote Parker on Instagram.

The boots are a chic knee-high design with bows near the edge of their pointed toe.

Parker will be celebrating her birthday in London, as she currently stars in Plaza Suite at the Savoy Theatre.

The show was recently extended till April 13 and earned Parker a Laurence Olivier Award nomination in the best actress category.

In a separate Instagram post, the birthday girl wrote that all the "sweet sentiments" she received on her special day made her feel "connected" to her loved ones despite being "far from home."

"Oh I am so touched by all the warm and generous birthday messages. Still far from home, but the shared sweet sentiments make me feel connected. I am filled with a gorgeous bouquet of gratitude and offer my deepest appreciation and love," wrote Parker next to a photo of a colorful floral bouquet.

Parker's style choices have been followed by her loyal fans ever since her days on Sex and the City, in which she played columnist Carrie Bradshaw.

At Julien’s Auctions' Unstoppable: Signature Styles of Iconic Women In Fashion January auction, Parker's white tulle three-tier tutu skirt worn in Sex and the City's opening credits sold for $52,000. The winning bid shocked fashion experts, being that it was estimated to sell for $8,000 to $12,000.

"The iconic skirt was purchased by [costume designer Patricia] Field, who found it while shopping for the series in New York's garment district in a five-dollar bin," the auction's website explains.

"Parker's character was originally going to wear a spring 1998 Marc Jacobs runway dress (seen on Kate Moss) in the opening credits, but Field wanted to style her in something that wasn't specific to the time so it wouldn't date fashion-wise," the description continues.
