Sarah Hyland showed off her super sculpted abs and legs while out on the town this week in New York City. The 31-year-old Modern Family alum wore a little black dress with a deep plunging neckline, and she looked incredible. To complete the look, Sarah wore strappy heels and minimal jewelry.

Last October, Sarah dropped an Instagram Story montage of herself crushing a set of Pilates moves, including thigh-burning sliding squats with resistance bands and bicycle crunches. In a 2018 Instagram story, Sarah spoke out about how important exercise was to her, especially after she was cleared to work out after being hospitalized for nearly a week. “Abs here I come. It's been a while,” she said.

Plus, she's all about body positivity and has a whole highlight reel on Instagram called “Strong > Skinny” that shows her doing moves like jump squats, kettlebell lifts, sled-pushes, and pull-ups.
