Sarah Hyland And Wells Adams Celebrated Their Engagement With A Prosecco And Beer Bar And Lots Of Casamigos
When your first date is over drinks and tacos, you're pretty much destined for relationship success. Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams proved that (slightly exaggerated) statement to be true at their engagement party this weekend.
"Over 2 years ago, he asked me out for drinks and tacos. We still do the same thing now... just engaged," the Modern Family actress wrote on Instagram. "So thank you @casamigos for keepin our dream alive with tequila 💋." Photos from the outdoor party fittingly show lots of Casamigos tequila, including margaritas and spiked lemonade, as well as a specialty drink. Per E! News, there was also a Prosecco and craft beer bar, white and gold cookies that said "Future Mrs. Adams," and napkins with Sarah and Wells' names printed on them.
In an Instagram of the couple's toast, Wells thanked their friends and family for coming and joked, "We paid for all this so drink up, I guess." He also commented on Sarah's post, "Thank you @casamigos for continuing to help me seem bearable for over two years." (Casamigos, as you may remember, is the brand George Clooney for a cool BILLION dollars a few years ago.)

Also in attendance at the engagement party: Sarah's friend and stylist Brad Goreski, Modern Family co-stars Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Ty Burrell, and another recently-engaged couple, Adam Devine and Chloe Bridges.
All we're saying is, if tacos aren't the late-night food (or passed app) served at this wedding, it will be a serious missed opportunity. Wedding taco tower, anyone?!
