Sarah Hyland took a quick break from living it up with her fiancé Wells Adams to share an inspiring message about body positivity. In recent years, Sarah's been really open about her battle with kidney dysplasia. Kidney dysplasia is a condition where a fetus' kidneys do not develop properly. In order to treat her condition, Sarah's had two kidney transplants and several surgeries that have left her with scars near her stomach. A paparazzi photo caught Sarah dressed in workout clothes as she was walked off somewhere. Sarah said she immediately hated the photo, but then had a change of heart.

Sarah posted the photo as a reminder to that people should celebrate what their bodies are capable of. She specifically called out people with invisible illnesses, which are medical conditions that aren't easily visible to others.

"To my fellow #invisibleillness warriors. It’s ok to be insecure about your body. Just remember to check in with yourself at least once a day and say thank you. Our bodies have endured unfathomable feats that our minds barely have time to comprehend what has actually happened. With inflammation, excess water gain, and medications, my skin has a hard time bouncing back. I saw this picture and HATED it but quickly readjusted my attitude and decided to celebrate it. Love yourself and be patient. We are all stronger than we think we are," Sarah wrote.

People in the comments praised Sarah for being so raw and honest and even shared some of their own personal stories.

"♥️♥️♥️ With all of my excess fluid and preprednisone side effects I would’ve loved to see a picture of myself like this. You are rocking your invisible illness!" one person wrote. "🙌 Same! I was on Peritoneal Dialysis for a year and that 100% stretched out my tummy area. 3 years years later and I’m still applying Shea butter to tighten up the skin... it’s okay though. It’s just another battle scar 😉," wrote another.

Celebrities including Brittany Snow, Angela Kinsey and Lily Collins all sent Sarah messages of support, too.

Sarah's currently living her best life. She was just busy celebrating her 29th birthday and from the looks of her cute Instagram pics, it seems like she had the best time.
