Saoirse Ronan’s Irish Seaside Escape Is for Sale & the Sunroom Is Exquisite

Ahead of the release of her new film, Little Women, Saoirse Ronan is downsizing.

The 25-year-old three-time Oscar nominee is selling her beautifully appointed vacation home in Greystones, County Wicklow, Ireland, for a cool $2.1 million. The 4,834 square-foot seaside home, which sits 20 miles south of Dublin and has been dubbed Pine Lodge, includes four to six bedrooms (two could be used as an office or den) and five bathrooms.

Let’s take a tour, shall we?

The Façade

Tucked behind a private gated driveway sits the cottage, which Ronan purchased for $1.8 million from economist Alan Gray two years ago (she subsequently fully renovated it to her taste).

The Entryway

The spacious entry hall offers plenty of space to welcome guests and pocket doors to conceal the formal dining room and living room if need be.

The Living Room

Both the living room and dining room feature salvaged wood floors, offering a charming mix of new world and old world when juxtaposed with the elegant velvet emerald couches and boho-printed pillows.

The dining room

We spy, with our little eye, a stunning marble fireplace to keep cozy by and the optimal dining room for raucous dinner parties. Why else would there be a piano tucked into the corner?

The Kitchen

Ronan’s kitchen feels fresh out of Los Angeles, with its dashing baby blue cabinetry, Moroccan tiles, wooden breakfast bar and family room nook in the back corner.

One of the Bedrooms

The many bedrooms are just as radiantly designed as the common quarters of the home. And the natural light? You just can’t beat it.

The Master Bathroom

Subway tiles, Millennial pink walls, gold fixtures and a large claw-footed tub for lounging? This could be our happy place.

The Backyard

But the crown jewel of Pine Lodge is most definitely the bright sunroom that opens directly into the spacious and lush backyard.

Our only question: When can we move in?
