Sandra Bullock is saying goodbye to her Los Angeles condo, a midcentury pad located on the 22nd floor of a 31-story complex known as Sierra Towers. It's listed for $4.495 million.
Located on the Sunset Strip, this 1,759-square-foot abode was built in 1965, and it boasts two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. Bullock purchased the dwelling in 2014 for approximately $3.6 million, according to Dirt.
Some amenities of the home include scenic views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean, as well as custom kitchen cabinetry, a sprawling terrace, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in both bedrooms, which lead to the terrace. There’s also a 24/7 concierge, a fitness center, valet parking, doormen, a sauna, and a swimming pool.
“In all of Los Angeles, this is the premiere location for a condominium high rise," co-listing agent Alan Long tells House Beautiful. "It is located above Sunset Boulevard in an exclusive residential neighborhood. It is the perfect combination of style, location and views.”
