For your Memorial Day weekend hangout, we'll venture that you have the menu all set. Hot dogs and burgers, maybe even smoked brisket. (Did you notice that those two sentences rhyme? Because they do.)

The plaid table clothes are laid, and the bug spray is out. All the beers are chilling, even the stout. (More rhyming.) But just as you settle in to take your first bite, you realize you forgot the ketchup, but please do not fright! For somewhere might be open that has all that you need. Sam's Club comes to the rescue and is open, indeed.

Rhymes aside, is Sam's Club open on Memorial Day?

Yes! Sam's Club is in fact open on Memorial Day this year with limited hours. The big box store has confirmed it will be open to all members on Monday, May 30, so keep that in mind while you plan your barbecue.

In fact, there are only a three major holidays that Sam's Club stays open for—Fourth of July and Memorial Day are the other two.

Can I shop at Sam's Club if I am not a member?

You can get a guest pass at the Customer Service desk if you want to check out a store, but keep in mind that the store will tack on a 10-percent fee to any purchases. On days like Memorial Day when you'll need a family-sized pack of buns, it's worth it. Or maybe you want to pick up some of the chain's very famous chicken sandwiches and waffle fries.

If you do decide to take the leap and become a member, Sam's Club offers curbside pickup and scan-and-go to make your shopping experience easier.
