It was giving 'unholy.'

Sam Smith is no stranger to bold fashion looks, but their fiery ensemble for the 65th annual Grammy Awards turned heads.

Smith rocked a bright red cloak that featured a collar that fluffed up at the top and ruffled out at the bottom. They accessorized the style with matching gloves, along with a red top hat that included a lace piece that covered their eyes and a red cane.

Smith walked the red carpet alongside their "Unholy" collaborator, Kim Petras, who matched the singer with a bright red mini dress that included ruffles at the bottom and along the sleeves. She accessorized with a red veil and a large statement necklace.

Joining the two artists during music's biggest night were costars from the "Unholy" music video, Gottmik and Violet Chachki, who starred on RuPaul’s Drag Race–can you say "ultimate squad goals"?

Smith and Petras are nominated for their chart-topping hit in the category for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance. While this is Smith's seventh Grammy nomination, this marks Petras' first-ever nomination!

Smith has previously been nominated for six Grammys, winning four. In 2015 alone, they won Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album for In the Lonely Hour, and Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "Stay With Me."

Aside from being nominated, Smith and Petras are also set to perform their top hit during the 2023 Grammy ceremony!

We're sending the duo all the good vibes during tonight's award show!

The Grammys will air at 8 p.m. EST on CBS on Feb. 5, 2023. You can also live-stream the 2023 Grammys on Paramount+ or CBS.com.
