Sam Claflin just criticised this part of Daisy Jones and The Six

Daisy Jones & The Six has just been released and we’re already hooked.

The series, based on Taylor Jenkins Reid's best-selling book, follows a fictional rock band in the 1970s at the height of their fame and the drama that follows.

Sam Claflin stars in the show as rock-and-rolling lead singer Billy Dunne, but, he just took to TikTok to criticise a part of the show.

The actor, also famous for his roles in The Hunger Games, Me Before You and Love, Rosie (plus tons of other films we’re obsessed with!) compared his character’s outfits to others on the show.

Sam stars in Daisy Jones & The Six alongside Riley Keough (who is the granddaughter of Elvis Presley, BTW), Suki Waterhouse, Camila Morrone and others who all wear some very envy-worthy, 1970s-inspired outfits – think lots of colour, bootlegs and cool jackets.

But, Sam’s character Billy is dressed pretty plain in comparison.

In a TikTok video posted on Friday (3rd March), Sam shared a series of snaps of him as Billy wearing lots of double denim, which he compared to the cool outfits his cast mates wear.

“Them VS Me / Billy Dunne double dippin’ in his double denim,” he captioned the vid, which features a funny cover of Sam Smith and Kim Petras’ song ‘Unholy’.

But, if anyone was worried about whether Sam was upset about his costumes, he added: “Despite the sad lookin’ face, I was very happy ❤️”

In our opinion, we think Sam looks pretty great! The first three episodes of Daisy Jones & The Six is dropped exclusively on Prime Video on March 3rd, with more dropping every Friday.
