Giddy up, cowgirl! Salma Hayek is having one dreamy summer and I, for one, am jealous. She just dropped some cute snaps on Instagram of herself riding a horse in Mexico, and I don't know what is stealing the show here: the horse, her abs, or the gorgeous sunset!

Salma, 56, is wearing a black bra top and white pants with her hair in pigtails as she rides the horse on the beach. It's hard to miss how strong she is with those sculpted abs, and the whole vibe looks so peaceful. (I'm definitely adding this to my bucket list.) "Chasing sunsets 🌅 #vivamexico Persiguiendo atardeceres 🌅," she captioned the photos, adding the Spanish translation.

As you can imagine, the post was a huge hit with her followers! "What a dream❤️ beautiful 😍," wrote one person. Another added, "Salma 😍😍😍 breathtaking!" Aww!

If you caught yourself peeking at Salma’s abs...that makes two of us. So, what does the actress do to get so toned? She leads an active lifestyle, dabbling in everything from scuba diving, to walking outdoors.

Salma also dabbles in restorative yoga, and makes sure that she holds her "body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,” she told People back in 2015. “You relax them and focus on the parts that need to be used, but never with tension. If you’re aware of your body, you’d be surprised by the effect it can have."

Salma hasn’t said much about her current diet, but she’s made it clear that loves juicing and often fuels up with lots of green vegetables and colorful fruits, she said on the Juice Generation website. The actress even collaborated with the company to create its Cooler Cleanse line.
