Salma Hayek Shares Rare Snapshot With Brother for Sibling Day
There's no sibling rivalry here!
In honor of National Siblings' Day, one of our favorite pairs of celebrity sibs are hyping each other up.
Salma Hayek took to Instagram yesterday, April 10, for the occasion, where the 56-year-old celebrated her relationship with her younger brother, Sami Hayek Jr., 46. The actress posted a photo of the two sitting in the back seat of a car, Salma perched in the middle to lean against Sami as they both smiled at whoever took the snapshot from across the center console. Her arms were wrapped around a fluffy white pup, who didn't look particularly enthused to be a part of the photoshoot.
In both English and Spanish, Salma wrote, "Sami you’ve been a blessing in my life… even though I’m sure I decorate yours with chaos. Happy World Siblings Day ❤️."
"We 💙 you 🐅!!! Best Bro in the 🌎," one commenter wrote in response.
"We have something in common! My brother is also called Sami Hayek and he‘s also the best 😍," another fan who shares their surname joked.
"it is an absolute privilege to be your brother 👑," Sami wrote in response.
He also shared a sweet photo with his sister on his own Instagram account, in which the pair smiled atop a massive pile of rainbow ice cream sprinkles, a smattering of the confection also caught up in their hair and on their faces.
"Hermana, thank you much for this wonderful and colorful journey together," he wrote. "I will always be in your corner as you have been in mine."
