Salma Hayek had the ultimate birthday dance party.

The 56-year-old actress transformed a boat into her stage while bouncing to the beat of Stevie Wonder's "Happy Birthday" in a new Instagram video. The glistening blue water is almost as eye-catching as her sculpted muscles in a tiny, red bikini.

The actress flaunted her strong abs and defined legs while celebrating another year around the sun. "Happy 56th birthday to me!!! ❤️💃💋. Feliz cumpleaños #56 para mi !!! 🎂 #alwaysgrateful," Salma captioned the dancing video.

Her fans were eager to join in on the festivities. "Happy birthday smart, beautiful @salmahayek. 56 never looked so good.❤️❤️," one follower wrote. "Happy birthday goddess 😘❤️🥳," another said. Blake Lively commented, "Love you the greatest ever ever always ❤️🔥❤️."

Hayek's strength is largely due to her good posture. "I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long,’ she told People. “So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles.” Now, that's what I call multitasking.

Hayek focuses on her posture throughout the day since her busy schedule doesn't allow for sessions in the gym. “I don’t have time to exercise, I am working,” she said. “I’ve had some 20-hour days.” Activating her muscles consistently is both time-efficient and effective.

The House of Gucci actress is also a big fan of walking her dog to stay active. She shared an adorable Instagram photo of her pups, adding that these furry friends double as her fitness trainers. "This is my version of exercise and these are my #dogs coaches...These are my trainers!”

When it comes to fueling her body, Hayek takes a relaxed approach to her diet. "It doesn’t matter what my diet philosophy is because I don’t follow it," she told the New York Times in 2017.

However, she avoids eating too much meat. "I consume it sparsely," she told the New York Times. "Sometimes I go several days without eating meat, but then I’ll go back."
