Film Updates has revealed that Josh Hartnett and Saleka Shyamalan will be the stars of M. Night Shyamalan's new film.

Formerly titled Trap, the film is now tentatively titled Good Grades and has begun filming in Canada under an interim agreement from SAG-AFTRA due to Shyamalan funding and producing his films himself.

Described as a "psychological thriller set at a concert", there's little more to be said about what to expect, but with Shyamalan at the helm, you can always anticipate a plot twist.

The daughter of M. Night Shyamalan, Saleka Shyamalan, will play a pop star, with Josh Hartnett as the father taking his child to the concert.

This will be Saleka Shyamalan's first film as an actor. The 27-year-old is an R&B singer-songwriter has previously recorded songs for her father's previous projects, Old and Servant.

Josh Hartnett has previously been seen in Oppenheimer and Black Mirror.
