If you haven’t listened to Sabrina Carpenter’s new album yet, what are you doing?! The singer (and fashion girly, and perfume creator) released her fifth studio album titled emails i can’t send on July 15th, and let’s just say that we’re getting realllllll intimate with this one — so get ready to be fully in your feels right alongside Sabrina.

The singer dives into the innermost details of her private life, from the confusion of love in “Read your Mind” to relationship regrets in “Tornado Warnings” and toxic exes in “Vicious.” There’s even one specific song that has a little shoutout to Olivia Rodrigo called “because i liked a boy” — Sabrina never names the “Driver’s License” singer directly. Still, there are plenty of lyrics that point fans toward the love triangle drama that exploded online last year.

For example, “we bonded over Black Eyed Peas and complicated exes” could easily be a subtle reference to the complications of Olivia’s highly-public relationship with Joshua Bassett, and “was only tryna hold you close while your heart was failing” could be a mention of Joshua’s stress-induced heart failure that followed the release of Olivia’s debut album. The lyric “when everything went down we’d already broken up” matches up with the timeline of Sabrina and Joshua’s shorter relationship that eventually ended while the love triangle chatter still continued online. Sabrina *did* address the speculation around “because i liked a boy” in an interview with Rolling Stone where she said she’s “not in that exact place anymore.”

Sabrina handled the death threats she received throughout the past year with grace and poise, turning her experience into a visual masterpiece in the “because i liked a boy” music video. The track is such a bombshell song, so you know Sabrina came to slay in the music video — and slay she did, in not one or two but five looks.

The music video opens with Sabrina descending on an aerial hoop, wearing a silky cream corset and a teal fringed scarf draped around her arms. Her crossed legs show off blinged-out heels, and the drip is completed with a statement necklace and heavy, shiny earrings.

Sabrina’s second look made all of our (fine, all of my) milkmaid aesthetic dreams come true — the singer is pictured exploring a romantic circus scene in an off-the-shoulder draped cream gown with a corset top featuring pretty red bows and soft lace detailing. Sabrina wears a chunky silver heart necklace and her hair tied back into a half-up, half-down style.

Sabrina channels an Old Hollywood glamour aesthetic with her third look, a red strapless corset bodysuit with a sarong-style sash tied around her hips to create the illusion of a mini dress. She wears silky gloves and a heavy, glittering choker with her hair styled in soft waves. Black strappy heels complete the bombshell look — consider us obsessed.

Her biggest slay is arguably the head-to-toe glitter bodysuit that she changes into halfway through the music video. The exact look is the Angel Brinks "Tempress" bodysuit, styled by Ronnie Hart, and technically you could cop one for yourself — if you have $695 to drop. 🤷♀️ While it may not be affordable, it's definitely drool-worthy. Sabrina topped off the studded bodysuit with a sparkling headpiece, a large statement necklace, and face gems.

Sabrina's last look in this music video isn't shown for very long, but it absolutely kills in the short amount of screen time that it receives. The femme fatale energy is real as Sabrina poses against a twirling target board riddled with knives, wearing a black corset with clipped-on thigh-high stockings and short black gloves. It should be illegal to look this good.
