Sabrina Carpenter looks like a living dream in her latest Insta post. The blonde bombshell brought us all back to the year 2000 when she posted some pics in a slinky baby blue gown. The slip dress featured a cowl halter neck with a dramatically low scooped open back, which reveals a dainty butterfly tattoo on her ribcage. She accessorized the look with the Y2K staple of silver and diamond jewelry and styled her golden hair in loose curls draping down her back. Sabrina, we're dying to know what that blush-highlighter combo is because it is a *stunning* peachy glow.
