Consuelos and Ripa's date night comes about a month after Seacrest announced his decision to leave Live With Kelly and Ryan on air during the Thursday, Feb. 16 episode.

The two admitted that they'd been talking about his departure for a while now, with co-host, Ripa joking about how surprised she was he'd made it that far given his affinity for the warmth of Los Angeles before adding, “You are family here. We love you. We are so proud of you."

The duo also announced that Consuelos will be taking over for Seacrest, which means the show will potentially be renamed Live With Kelly and Mark in the future.
