Ryan Korban Is Celebrated in Sleek Style by Brandon Maxwell and Jourdan Dunn

The first Monday in May started out the week on a glamorous note, and the trend appeared to continue last night in Noho for the launch of 40 Bleecker Street. The elegant condo building was the site of celebrated interior designer Ryan Korban’s latest effort—sleek and modern settings for Manhattan’s most elegant. It helped that Korban’s friends, designer Brandon Maxwell and model Jourdan Dunn, hosted a celebratory cocktail party in his honor at the site of the building.

As guests including Dana Lorenz, Vogue’s Virginia Smith, and Zoe Kravitz nibbled on caviar and sipped on champagne—or the vodka ice luge—they also got a peek at the interiors. Marble clad surfaces were offset by soft lighting and warming rose gold accents. Joining the festivities were a slew of fashion-minded friends including Aurora James, Gigi Burris, and Joseph Altuzarra along with a bevy of beauties including Hanne Gaby Odiele, Ophelie Guillermand, and Julia Stegner. And while last night’s party had to come to a close, those wanting to snag a piece of Korban’s inimitable style still have the chance to snap up one of the remaining condos on offer (starting price $1.8 million).
