Rupert Grint Admits “There Was Always Something” Between Emma Watson and Tom Felton
Rumors that Tom Felton and Emma Watson are dating have been swirling around for awhile.
Emma recently combated them when she said in an interview that she is "self-partnered."
Now, though, Rupert Grint is saying he saw a spark between the two.
Fans have been hoping that Tom Felton and Emma Watson are dating for years. The pair seems to be great friends and they would make the cutest couple but the hopes of romance died earlier this month, however, when Emma revealed in an interview that she is "self-partnered" and very happy to be single.
But now, their Harry Potter costar is giving Tom and Emma shippers hope! In a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight, the actor revealed that he saw something between the pair when they were on set.
"There was always something," he admitted. "A little bit of a spark." Though he clarified that he didn't "want to start anything" and they were just kids at the time, saying "It was like any kind of playground romance."
Still, though, sparks like that don't go away! Tom Felton recently shared the cutest vid of Emma and him on set, which totally back up Rupert's observations. It wouldn't surprise me that they started out as friends, and their relationship blossomed when the franchise was over. Maybe they're on a break right now, or maybe they're not ready to go public with their relationship, but I'm holding out hope!
