I used to be a quitter when it came to anything that wasn’t a “requirement” in life. I started running as a favor to a family member. I couldn’t even run for three minutes straight. When I ran my first mile without stopping I found something I didn’t want to quit.

To have a great resource for all things running.

I run because it’s something I continue to improve on. It’s a great confidence booster. Even a bad run is a few steps closer to an improvement.

I run at 5 a.m. because of work but my favorite time to run is about 1:00 p.m. I’m well rested, fed and hydrated properly by then. My favorite run is on a trail but based on where I live and the time of day I run, most of my runs are on the treadmill.

I love my headphones. Music, book, podcast or movie; I feel like I can run forever when I get out of my head.

Currently training for a 50k.
