Running has transformed me from someone with a very unhealthy lifestyle to someone that enjoys running every day and be thankful for the people that it helps me get to know.

To gain access to articles and community that may help my improve as a runner and have more fun.

I love the comradery that I share with other runners, whether it’s someone in my running group or someone I meet on the street. Running makes me feel good physically, mentally and spiritually. It has become a lifestyle for me. I started later in life, at 38, and right away became somewhat of an addict (in a good way). I love the challenge of training, racing, chasing that next PR (yes...I’m still getting them) and being the best I can be.This gives me great satisfaction.

Well I do make sure I get a run in every day. I have for almost 5 years. I got started with a Runner’s World run streak challenge! I usually run in the morning before work but also in the evenings where a might meet up with a group. I’m an active member of two running groups.Pain By Numbers in northern Kentucky and Beyond Exercise RunProject in Cincinnati. I have a lot fun with them and other friends through out the running community! I run pretty much all over the city but I guess my favorite place is along the riverfront and across the bridges of the Ohio River also along the course of the Flying Pig Marathon!

My Nike shoes! They give me the edge I need to run and train just a little bit faster! Also the 100 Mile belt buckle I got from the Keys 100 last year!

Qualify for the Boston Marathon for 2021.......I’m SO close!
