Running has helped me with patience, and given me a chance to connect and encourage all kinds of different people, including my husband. I love having a running community, and that is coming from an introvert!

Great way to stay connected with different training techniques, run 360, every great thing RW offers plus all the extras!

Running provides me stress relief, leaves me feeling great when I am done, even if it was a hard run. It provides me time alone between work and family that I need to be my best.

I run when my schedule allows, but morning is my favorite, gives me energy and strength for the day. Fayetteville has a great trail system, and the Greenway provides a system that runs through four cities and over 30 miles. But when I want a challenge, I head to the University of Arkansas campus and hit Dickson street to start my hill runs.

For races and speedwork I LOVE my Nike Zoom Pegasus 35 Turbos, they are so fast!

To complete a marathon next year, hopefully in 3:30.
