Rumer Willis Is Embracing the ‘Most Authentic, Juiciest Version’ of Herself One Year Postpartum

Rumer Willis is loving her mom bod, and the honesty is refreshing. She shared new photos of herself one year after welcoming her daughter Louetta “Lou” Isley, and praised the fact that she is living more authentically than ever.

“As spring gracefully yields to the warmth of summer, I find myself gazing into [the] past with a desire to unearth old patterns and letting go of the hard outer shell of living in a controlled masculine energy I have embodied for so long,” Willis began her poetic post, explaining that her “masculine energy” kept her “trapped in fear and unworthiness.” Now, she is “allowing space for the free, wild, fluid feminine to come winding out.”

The Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress continued, “This journey into the heart of femininity and the sacred role of motherhood is exciting and unknown and filled with such joy and wild splendor.”

“Each day, I strive to become the most authentic, juiciest version of myself, trusting whatever I can be courageous enough to let go of I will get back with something even better beyond my wildest dreams,” she went on. “Languishing and celebrating the summer sun and the beauty of transformation and the radiant energy of new beginnings. 🌿☀️”

Her beautiful words are outshone only by her radiant glow. In the accompanying photos, Willis sports a gorgeous cotton dress with an oversized flower in her hand. Her blonde hair hangs in messy waves as she poses for the pictures looking gorgeous. She is fully embracing herself as a mother, and her confidence is wonderful to see.

The Rumer Has It founder, who shares Lou with boyfriend Derek Richard Thomas, has opened up about her postpartum body often in the last year. In April, she shared bikini photos on vacation, explaining that she was “leaning in to my mama curves in the jungle.”

“It’s been a journey of continuous curiosity and growth to see how much room and acceptance I can give my body as it continues to shift and transform after birthing a little human,” she wrote. “I hope to continue feeling in my loving of myself in all the many shapes and sizes it will come in so I can show my daughter what unconditional self love and acceptance looks like. ✨”

Earlier this month, the Sorority Row star shared several photos in a sexy, little black dress. She wrote that she was embracing her “big tit energy.” “Gotta say as Mother’s Day approaches I feel sexier than ever. Feeling unstoppable Xx,” Willis captioned the selfies.
