Royal Twins: Kate Middleton Is the Spitting Image of Princess Diana in the New Royal Portraits

Both Duchesses Kate and Meghan have a knack for paying tribute to their late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, in the sweetest ways.

But Kate Middleton's latest outfit in the new royal portrait honoring Prince Charles's 70th birthday has us wondering if she inherited Diana's wardrobe (judging by the uncanny likeness of her polka dot dress).

Upon further inspection, Princess Diana's dress, which she wore during a meeting at Kensington Palace in 1985 (oh, heyyy, baby Harry in the background), had a silk bow in the front. The Duchess of Cambridge's navy dress with ivory collar is actually from designer Alessandra Rich.

But a touching tribute to Di nonetheless. Brava, Kate!
