Roseanne Barr still has a lot of tough feelings about her former Roseanne costars, especially when it comes to Sara Gilbert, who played her daughter in the original series and 2018 reboot.

During an appearance on SiriusXM's The Megyn Kelly Show, Barr talked about being fired from the 2018 reboot after sending a racist tweet about former Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett.

Her costar Gilbert, among many other celebrities, spoke out against Barr's racism, which Barr saw as a major act of deception.

Host Megyn Kelly described Gilbert's condemning of Barr's racism as "betrayal," saying, "She stuck the knife in and she twisted it." Barr interrupted, adding, "Repeatedly. She repeatedly twisted it."

The Roseanne actress then stated that, instead of her own racist tweet, "It was [Gilbert's] tweet that canceled the show...She tweeted 'It's sad when one cast member,' something about racist, blah, blah. And I was floored. I was just floored."

In a conversation with The Washington Post about the situation published in 2019, Barr said something similar, declaring that Gilbert "destroyed the show and my life with that tweet."

Now, while talking with Kelly, Barr doubled down in her belief that Gilbert betrayed her and "destroyed" her life.

She claimed that, ahead of the 2018 reboot, Gilbert "begged me to come back saying, 'I've got your back. This time I won't let anyone at you. I won't let anyone hurt you. I'm gonna protect you.'"

Then, after Barr shared the racist tweet, she said that Gilbert talked about her on The Talk, saying, "It wasn't enough that she stabbed me in the back and did what she did to me there, but then she would go on her talk show every day and talk about how shocked she was at my racism on top of it."

According to Barr, she then called Gilbert up and told her to "shut your f-----g mouth."

Despite it now being around five years after the scandal, Barr clearly still has hard feelings for Gilbert and the rest of the Roseanne cast.

After Barr was fired in 2018, Roseanne was canceled, before being revived as a spinoff called The Conners, which was just renewed for season six.
