There’s some technology you know you could use, like a robot vac or wireless earbuds. But then there’s the tech you didn’t even know you needed—and can’t live without once you discover it.
The Rocketbook Fusion Smart Reusable Notebook falls into the latter category. This 42-page smart notebook has all the perks of a “regular notebook,” but, unlike your plain old paper variety, it can upload it directly to your Google drive, computer, Dropbox, Slack and more. And, today only, it’s just $26 on Amazon (was $37).
This notebook has seven different pages for planning, listing, goal setting, note-taking, sketching and doing everything else you like to do in a notebook. You just use a Pilot Frixion pen, marker or highlighter to write down your thoughts and then mark a little symbol at the bottom of the page so it knows where it’s headed. Then, scan the QR code to export your page. Afterward, simply wipe away your text and start over.
Worth noting: These make really cool gifts for coworkers or the organization-lover on your list. And, of course, it’s green, thanks to all that paper you’re not writing on.
Choose between a letter-sized notebook (8.5 inch x 11 inch) or executive notebook (6 inch x 8.8 inch), and a slew of colors, ranging from basic black to attention-grabbing orange. This deal includes the Rocketbook notebook, one Pilot Frixion Pen and one microfiber cloth, so you really get a lot for $26.
The Rocketbook has more than 10,5000 positive reviews at Amazon, with many straight-up gushing over the tech. One five-star reviewer called this the “gold standard of notebooks,” noting that, while they “didn’t completely understand the concept” before receiving the notebook as a gift “I became a huge fan almost immediately.”
“I use one or more pages per meeting that I attend and then quickly and easily use the phone app to send those notes straight to OneNote and my email inbox. The app even transcribes my handwriting!” they wrote. “Everything comes neatly organized to the specific location(s) that I prefer, creating a permanent record of my notes whenever I need to reference them.”
Another raved about the “smooth writing surface,” adding that the pen “really glides on the ‘paper’ allowing for an enjoyable writing experience halfway between real paper and dry erase.”
Other reviewers say they’ve loved their smart notebooks so much, the people around them have to have one, too. “Best. Notebook. EVER! The day I got this, my husband wanted to know all about it,” a happy customer wrote. “He ended up liking it so much that I ended up ordering another one for him in the executive size. He’s been using it to organize his notes.”
Got a highly organized fan on your list? Your perfect holiday gift is here—and you can pick one up for yourself while you’re at it.
