I think by now we all realize that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is super-human and does everything bigger and better than the rest of us. It really should be no surprise then that even his cheat meals are out of control...like 18-whole-sushi-rolls out of control.

The Rock sat down with Food & Wine in a new YouTube video where he detailed what he likes to eat when he takes a break from his strict diet. While he's posted some Instagrams of his epic cheat meals before, we got a little more information on just how big these meals are.

He said he tends to enjoy cheat meals once or twice a week and says that sharing them on his Instagram is part of the fun.

“I enjoy sharing,” he said. “I try to make it as fun as possible and a lot of it.”

The Rock said that one of his cheat meals can be as much as 5,000-to-6,000 calories, which, if you know anything about nutrition, is as much as three times the amount of calories your average human should have in one day. But as we've discussed...he is not an average human.

In case you're wondering what gets The Rock's meals so high in calories, the man is eating two cheeseburgers and a triple order of fries, "double milk chocolate and peanut butter chip cookies with creamy peanut butter smothered between the two cookies," or 18 sushi rolls, according to Us Weekly. OK, yeah that'll get you there!!!

But as The Rock said, these are CHEAT MEALS, not his typical diet. Plus he does lots of working out...basically we all can't eat cookies and burgers all the time and look like him...bummer.

The actor shared a few sushi rolls with host Ray Isle and toasted with a shot of his new Teremana tequila, which rolled out recently. Though you probably can't stomach 18 sushi rolls like him, you can pick up your own bottle of Teremana as it sells across the country.
