Rock out with Rock N’ Roll Sushi’s new menu items

(COLORADO SPRINGS) — Rock N’ Roll Sushi is a popular restaurant that has gained fame for its unique blend of American-style sushi and rock and roll music. The restaurant is introducing new items and some innovative flavors to go with the sushi restaurant’s already impressive menu.

Andre Henriquez, Director of Operations, appeared on FOX21’s Loving Living Local to share the new flavors customers can expect to enjoy, as well as some great eats and sake.

Rock N’ Roll Sushi now offers a fresh menu of deliciously twisted food for fans to enjoy. The new set list includes:

  • Rocked Lobster Roll — Filled with lobster and cucumber, this roll is topped with layered avocado, sriracha, tobiko, crunchy flakes, and sesame seeds and drizzled with homemade ginger sauce.

  • Twisted Tuna “Opening Act” — Chopped spicy yellowfin tuna surrounded by cooly twisted avocado, topped with tobiko, sweet chili sauce, eel sauce, and crunchy flakes, served with wonton strips.

  • Hibachi Trio — Chicken, shrimp, and filet mignon hibachi served with fried rice, hibachi vegetables, and housemade yum-yum sauce.

  • The Maine Event Hibachi Dish – Lobster and filet mignon served over fried rice, avocado, carrots, and crispy wonton strips, then topped with homemade headbanger sauce, eel sauce, and sesame seeds.
