Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson might be busy right now doing press for his new Fast & Furious spin0ff Hobbs & Shaw, but the action star has already got his next project lined up — and it sounds pretty rad. Johnson just announced he's teaming up with a couple of other huge stars for a Netflix Original Movie called Red Notice.

In addition to producing Red Notice through his Seven Bucks company, Johnson will be joined on-screen by Ryan Reynolds (Deadpool) and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman). So far, the cast list is one big reunion: Johnson and Gadot have previously worked together in the Fast & Furious franchise, while Gadot also starred alongside Reynolds in the 2016 thriller Criminal. Johnson, Gadot and Reynolds all have impressive action credentials, and so it's hard not to get excited about their roles in this Red Notice. According to Johnson, they will play "the greatest and most sophisticated art thieves the world has even known."

In his Instagram post, Johnson says that Red Notice will be a "global event," and he's not exaggerating. Deadline reports that this is Netflix's "biggest commitment to feature film" ever, with shooting expected to take place in locations all over the world.

"I admire the ambition of Netflix to become one of the biggest movie studios in the world," says Johnson. "Their original content generates critical acclaim and invites full collaboration on every level of production. Their unbridled enthusiasm for Red Notice is equally matched by their commitment to entertaining audiences on an international scale. As the landscape of movies, distribution and audience consumption continues to evolve, our Seven Bucks focus is to continue to find the best platform and partners to thrive in this ever changing environment. Director/writer Rawson Thurber has delivered a dynamic script that me and my co-stars and partners-in-heist, Gal Gadot and Ryan Reynolds, can’t wait to shoot."

Production on Red Notice is due to begin in January 2020.
