How did Rob and Kaitlin get together?

Rob McElhenney and Kaitlin Olson met during the audition process for It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. While Olson has admitted she didn’t “think twice” about her future husband during the audition, McElhenney had a different experience.

He revealed he thought she was, “so funny and so beautiful and so out of my league” from the start, however, considering he became her co-star and boss, he initially did not pursue a romantic relationship. “I recognized the power dynamic, and I said, ‘This is inappropriate.’”
