The interior of this house will make your jaw drop.
The house, dubbed the Oakview Estate, is described as “perhaps the finest” to hit the market in decades. Rob shared the abode with his wife, Sheryl Berkoff, and their sons, John and Matthew, for years, and we really can’t see why he’d ever want to give up this stunning mansion.
Sure, the 6 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms are incredible, but it’s the views we can’t get over. Nestled near the Santa Ynez Mountains, Rob and his family have likely seen countless unforgettable sunsets while lounging by the pool or curling up in one of the multiple outdoor spaces that are available on the 3.4 acres. (There’s even a tennis court and koi pond!)
But if there was ever a bout of bad weather, they could put the professional theater, game room, multiple living rooms, or chef’s kitchen to good use. Basically, you’d never have to leave again if you were fortunate enough to pick this up from Rob. Ready for some serious house envy? Take a look at the gorgeous photos.
Anonymous: O'Rourke believes most people would follow the law and turn their weapons in under his proposal for a mandatory buyback program and assault weapons ban. Unfortunately, this one statement shows us that the anti gun contingency full well knows the reason why any move to remove firearms will not have any significant impact on our safety as potential victims of shootings! In this statement they admit that they only expect the law abiding citizens to come forward in obedience to the law banning AR and AK weapons. The law abiding citizens are not the ones who are likely to harm us in the first place! So the success of Beto's program will not make any of us safer and he is well aware of that fact! So is now the time to ask these people how they plan to get the AR and AK rifles away from the criminal citizens who are the real problem? Seems to me that one be the one question foremost on everyone's mind, after all these are problem not, the law abiding people he has admitted are the only ones who will observe the new laws that ban the weapons anyway! Isn't this very article grounds to demand that they give us a proposal that will address the actual problem which is the weapons possession by people who will not comply with the law?
