These days you can catch this still-hunky, still-handsome devil keeping mayhem and apocalypse at bay in the smash action series, 9-1-1: Lone Star.
Seeing as Lowe’s been a paragon of healthy, active living well into middle age, we thought he might have some tips on how to keep it together during these trying quarantine times while having some fun in the process. He didn’t disappoint.

His solution? Get up, stand up, and hit the waves! “The other thing that I’d say has really gotten me through this is my stand up paddleboard,” says Lowe. “With it, I’m able to get out, be alone, and be healthy.”

(Fun fact: Owen is also Lowe’s character’s name on 9-1-1: Lone Star and the middle name of his youngest son, John!). “I got him this soccer ball that he loves.” What’s not to love?
