  • 1 plus 1 tsp. tahini

  • 1 fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 cumin

  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

  • 1 sliced radicchio

  • 1 8.8-oz. package precooked beets (about 4 small), cut into wedges

  • 1/4 walnut halves, toasted
