If you’ve ever listened to a podcast, you’ve probably heard an ad for Ritual, a company known for its Essential for Women Multivitamin. It takes the work out of figuring out what vitamins you should be taking (because who wants to even think about that?). Now men can reap the benefits of Ritual, because the health-meets-technology brand has just unveiled two multivitamins for men.

The Essential for Men +18 and Essential for Men 50+ multivitamins were formulated with 10 key nutrients that many men may not be getting enough of with their own diets, genetics, and lifestyle, according to Ritual. Those 10 nutrients are vitamin A, vitamin D-3, vitamin E, vitamin K-2, folate, vitamin B-12, magnesium, zinc, boron, and omega-3 DHA. The multivitamins will have varying dosages depending on age, so each man gets exactly what he needs.

As you’d imagine, there are differences between Ritual’s multivitamins for women and men. Most notably is that the men’s include vitamin A and zinc, and do not include iron. However, just like the women’s, the men’s were scientifically-developed to address those potential nutrient gaps.

“No confusing vitamin aisles or forgetting refills. Ritual is conveniently delivered to your every month,” the description says. “We’ll send you an email each month, a few days before we charge you and ship your next bottle.” You have the option to rush or delay an order, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. How’s that for no strings attached?

A 30-day supply of the Essential for Men will cost $30 for the 18+ version and $35 for the 50+ version. The 1-month bottle includes 60 capsules, so you take two each day. You even have the option of building a Bundle, so you can get two bottles for yourself or one for yourself and another men’s or women’s for another.

Ritual prides itself on being transparent with what’s inside its vitamins, so there are only clean ingredients, sans shady fillers. The delayed-release capsules are about the size of a penny and come with a mint tab in the bottle to keep them fresh.

Guys, aren’t you happy you can now get in on this?
