Rita Ora Shows Off Her Totally Toned Abs In A Crop Top In This New Instagram Pic

Rita Ora is having the best time in Australia and she's got some killer pics to prove it.
The 31-year-old "Body On Me" singer took to Instagram to promote her latest video. In the snaps, she's rocking a cropped tux look by Prada—and her core looks so damn impressive!
To keep her abs so toned, Rita does strength and resistance training on the regular.
Rita Ora has been busy spending time in Australia recently. And I gotta say, she's been wearing some pretty incredibly outfits. While there, the 31-year-old musician attended the premiere of Being the Ricardos and wore a gorg black minidress that showed off her super strong legs. And in her latest IG post, the "Body On Me" singer announced a new music video while rocking an abs-baring cropped dress shirt by Prada.
"9 am ET follow me and @samfeldt video drops! So here’s a @prada drip to celebrate 🎉 I’m in Australia so I hope my timing is right! 😆," she captioned the pics.
And her followers are obsessed with her look. "😍😍😍," Kate Beckinsale commented. While Sam Feldt wrote, "🔥🔥🔥." And Char Defrancesco simply chimed, "This look is a MF vibe!!! 🔥🔥🔥."
To keep her abs so toned, Rita regularly trains with personal trainer Jono Castano, who puts her through super tough strength training workouts. In May 2021, he shared a video of Rita on his IG doing tons of ab work and resistance training.
Rita is also a big fan of circuit training. “I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have,” she previously told Shape. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”
"I'm not the skinniest person in the world but I don't try to be," She shared with Cosmopolitan. "I'm more focused on toning rather than trying to be skinny which I feel everyone should try because that comes more naturally."
Beyond all that, she'll also get in a yoga session here and there (her most recent one included weights).
And when it comes to her nutrition, she sticks with portion control. "I watch what I eat but I just cut my portions in half," she told Cosmopolitan. "So if I want a burger I'll just cut it in half and eat half of it. That or I'll take the bread off and only eat the burger. Or if I want fries then I won't have a burger to go with them."
And she really does treat herself. She recently posted pics of a meal that included a huge plate of sweet potato fries and chocolate chip pancakes: "I’ll be at the caf if anyone needs me," she captioned the pics.
