  • Rita Ora, 30, is looking especially fierce these days.

  • In a brand new behind-the-scenes photo dump on Instagram, Rita posed in several outfits that showed off her super-toned abs and legs.

  • The "Anywhere" songstress circuit trains whenever she can to keep in shape.

When Rita Ora isn’t crooning she’s dropping jaws on Instagram, as she did with her most recent set of photos. The 30-year-old pop star shared eight photos and videos of her posing behind the scenes, reminding fans that it really does take a village to look that good.

“Some BTS to show you that it takes a TEAM to make it all happen. Grateful for every single one of you 🙏🏼 ❤️,” Rita captioned the Instagram photos.

While the sentiment is sweet, and we love to see an appreciative queen, let’s talk about these outfits because I am screaming. The first look showed Rita wearing what looks like a fishnet top—with her blonde hair swept back out of her face. And she's looking beyond amazing.

Then she switched it up to a glittery bra with a low-cut black minidress—paired with a fantastic pair of knee-high boots. Rita also sported two more looks: one long Grecian dress, with thigh-high white boots, showing a white and gold pattern. And finally, my favorite, a glittery floor-length gown cinched at the waist with structured shoulders. It goes without saying that every single ’fit looked great on her.

The Poison singer works hard to stay in shape for shoots like this one: “I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have,” she previously told Shape. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio.”

Rita also trains with Jono Castano, who also works with Rebel Wilson. She’s learning that hard work and patience are key!

“What I've learned is that you can take your time with training,” Rita told Shape. “You don't have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I'm approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment.”

Rita also eats a well-balanced diet that works for her body, taking care to not overdo the bread and sugar. For breakfast, she tends to stick with boiled eggs, veggies, and muesli with almond milk. At lunch and dinner time, she eats chicken or fish and more veggies with half a potato on the side.

And when it comes to mindset, Rita is all about acceptance—of her own body and others. “You have to come to terms with loving your body,” she told Cosmopolitan. “Stand naked in front of the mirror, and say, 'I'm f—king sexy.' That's where it starts.”

Yasss, Rita!
