  • Rita Ora is looking fitter than ever. And while it's no secret that she's into all things fitness, she recently proved just how dedicated she is.

  • The 30-year-old singer just posted a video of herself squeezing in an arm workout right before a performance—and it looked downright intense.

  • In the video, Rita is pulsing her weighted arms while squatting the entire time.

When you’re a famous singer, it can sometimes be tough to find time to squeeze in workouts. Well, Rita Ora just proved there’s always time for a few arm exercises. The 30-year-old singer dropped a series of pics of herself showing off sculpted biceps in a sports bra before slyly dropping in a video of herself doing an arm workout…right before she goes onstage.

“She keeps us strong 💪🏼 always time for a 5-minute arm workout before showtime! 🇬🇧” Rita wrote in the caption.

In the video, Rita can be seen doing holding a wide-legged squat while holding her arms out in a T shape. Each hand has a wrist weight strapped on, and you can see Rita and her trainer rolling their arms back and forth as they continue to squat. “It gets you going just before a show,” Rita says, as she twists her arms in a way that looks like it’s got to seriously burn.

People cheered her on in the comments: “Perfect queen,” one person wrote. “YOU LOOK SO GOOD OMG STOP,” another said.

Later on, Rita shared a selfie on her Instagram Story, where she's standing in a Pilates studio. So, evidently, that intense workout wasn’t enough for her. Of course, Rita has made it clear she doesn’t screw around with fitness.

One of her go-to workouts? Circuit training. “I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have,” she previously told Shape. “I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio."

Rita uses celeb trainer Jono Castano for help, and he’s shared some pretty impressive videos of the singer totally crushing it at the gym. Seriously, catch her doing hanging knee raises with a weight between her thighs like it’s NBD:

Rita eats well, too. She steers clear of bread and sugar and just aims to eat a balanced diet. A typical breakfast might be boiled eggs, veggies, and some muesli with almond milk, followed by chicken or fish and more veggies with half a potato on the side for lunch and dinner.

Rita has also said that she doesn’t expect immediate results, though. "What I've learned is that you can take your time with training," she told Shape. "You don't have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I'm approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment."
