Pillbox Patti didn't come to play at the 2023 ACM Awards.

The rising country star graced the red carpet looking fun and fabulous on Thursday evening as she showed up to The Ford Center at The Star with quite a trick up her sleeve—literally!

While rocking an extravagant, glitzy pink gown, Patti brought the party with her to the event in Frisco, Texas, as she had a hidden stash of Tito's Vodka shots tucked into the dramatic sleeve of her dress.

The 37-year-old musician's attire was already a statement in its own right, as the hot pink garment was completely covered in sequins and shaped with an over-the-top cap sleeve—which apparently doubles as a mini bar!

The stunning dress also featured a plunging neckline and fabric that draped onto the floor behind her. She paired the look with a metallic clutch purse while keeping her jewelry simple.
