Following the news that Riley Keough and her grandmother Priscilla Presley had finally come to an agreement over her late mother Lisa Marie Presley’s estate, more details about the settlement have come to light.

Following Lisa Marie's death, Keough gained sole control of her estate, which included Elvis Presley's Graceland mansion and a stake in Elvis Presley Enterprises. Last month, Priscilla agreed to settle with her granddaughter for an undisclosed sum, though sources told TMZ that the number was in the millions.

Now, according to documents obtained by People, the Daisy Jones & the Six star has petitioned the court to approve the agreement.

If all goes to plan, Keough will maintain sole control. According to her attorney, Justin Gold, the 34-year-old won't charge a fee for her role as trustee, allowing “the beneficiaries [to] all save money that would have gone to Priscilla who was going to charge a trustee fee."

Additionally, Gold writes, "In settling the claims pending in Priscilla's Petition, the parties are saving significant legal fees by avoiding litigation, and they are likewise avoiding the spectacle of intra-family litigation that would have been inimical to Lisa's wishes and not in the best interests of the family."

Keough intends to invest "in a manner consistent with the needs of the beneficiaries, and not influenced by the desire of a Trustee,” with 1/9 of the money going to Lisa Marie’s half-brother Navarone Garibaldi, while the rest will be split between Keough and her twin sisters Harper and Finley Lockwood, plus Priscilla's settlement agreement.

The settlement follows a petition filed by Priscilla back in January, in which she questioned the “authenticity and validity” of a 2016 amendment to the trust that removed Priscilla as a co-trustee and left Riley in charge.

Multiple sources at the time claimed that Keough and Priscilla were not speaking as a result, though Garibaldi dispelled the rumors on Instagram when he replied to a curious fan, assuring them, "Yes, they are fine. No feud."

After news of the settlement broke, Gold confirmed that Keough was "very content" with the situation, while Priscilla's lawyer, Ronsen Shamoon, said, "Everyone is happy, unified together, and excited for the future."
