Rihanna just shared the cutest update on the Fenty family member who won't be appearing at the 2023 Oscars.

The superstar posted new pics of her adorable baby boy today, ahead of her highly-anticipated performance at next Sunday's ceremony. In addition to a close-up of her son's face, the singer shared a short clip of the infant watching her music video for "Lift Me Up" on a laptop, as he sits on her lap at what appears to be their kitchen table.

"My son when he found out his sibling is going to the Oscars and not him," she captioned the pics, along with "#oscarperformancein1week."

The "We Found Love" singer revealed that she is pregnant with her second child during her historic Super Bowl halftime performance last month. She and her partner A$AP Rocky welcomed their first child, whose name they have yet to announce, last May.

Following the performance, the Fenty mogul shared the first official photos of her new little family, posting pics from her March British Vogue cover on Instagram. In her post caption, the pop star revealed she was actually pregnant with her second child in those photos, but she had no idea.

"My son so fine! Idc idc idc!" she wrote. "How crazy both of my babies were in these photos and mommy had no clue ❤️❤️ thank you so much @edward_enninful and @inezandvinoodh for celebrating us as a family!"

Rihanna earned her first-ever Oscar nomination for "Lift Me Up," which marked the first single that she dropped in six years. The ballad is nominated in the category of Best Original Song. Other nominees include Lady Gaga's "Hold My Hand" from Top Gun: Maverick, "This Is a Life" from Everything Everywhere All at Once, "Naatu Naatu" from RRR, and "Applause" from Tell It like a Woman.
