Rihanna Rocks a Retro Fuchsia Prom Dress to Celebrate Fenty Beauty
The success of Fenty Beauty isn't going to stop anytime soon, and on Friday, Rihanna stepped out to celebrate her brand's first birthday.
Wearing a gorgeous, custom Calvin Klein, fuchsia gown, that was definitely reminiscent of one of Kelly Kapowski's prom outfits, Rihanna looked totally stunning at Sephora inside JCPenney in Brooklyn.
From its strapless neckline, to the high leg slit adorned with copious amounts of frills, the bright dress was instantly unforgettable and felt like a '90s throwback. Paired with matching pointy pumps, and coordinating nails and lips, Rihanna was the center of attention, and rightly so.
Rihanna teased her surprise appearance at the store on her Instagram Stories beforehand, sharing a video from the back of her car as she traveled to the event:
From her Fenty x Savage lingerie brand, to her makeup line Fenty Beauty, Rihanna is killing in it in pretty much every sphere right now.
Just last week, model Slick Woods went into labor after walking the runway at Rihanna's Savage x Fenty during New York Fashion Week. Woods even confirmed on Instagram that she'd walked the runway while she was in labor writing, "A lewk, 14 hours of labor, and A king is born. This is the face of a WOMAN IN LABOR, we hold shit down most of us don’t even know how much we’re going through, I’m here to say I CAN DO WHATEVER THE FUCK I WANT WHENEVER THE FUCK I WANT AND SO CAN YOU."
