In an Instagram story filled with exciting debuts, the singer-turned-makeup-mogul posted photos of herself getting ready for a night out with long, chocolate brown locks. The voluminous look is a departure from her usual short, wavy hair, and fans are loving it.

“Rihanna’s new hair extended my life span a few more years,” one RiRi Stan wrote on Twitter, while others commented on the throwback vibes they got from the waistlong hair paired with a fur coat. Overall, it seems like fans are most excited to see her returning to the aesthetic she rocked in 2006, while filming her hit “Unfaithful” music video.

The light-colored hair and sweeping side bangs paired with a black dress and strappy gold-detailed heels serve as a clear reminder of Rihanna’s look pre-“Good Girl Gone Bad.” And although the Fenty Beauty queen can do no wrong, fans are expressing just how right this look is.
