Rihanna Has an Update For Anyone Waiting for More Music

It's been more than three years since Rihanna's last album, Anti, and it seems like it's been more than three years since fans have been asking for more music from the star. During an event promoting her Fenty fashion line at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City, the singer did offer up some insight into where things stand — and acknowledged that her fans get a little antagonizing. According to Entertainment Tonight, Rihanna said that she's not shying away from antagonizing right back.

"To be continued," Rihanna said of her next album. "I like to antagonize my fans a little bit. Well, they antagonize me, too! So, they get it right back."

Fans were expecting some news about the album, which they're calling R9 for the time being, since Rihanna was teasing something big. Fortunately for fashion fans, it was the release of Fenty at Bergdorf. Unfortunately for anyone looking for music news, there wasn't any. Instead, the "drive by" that she announced on social media was simply a video board driving around New York. Fans commented on her posts, saying that they were getting fed up with the lack of new tracks.

One wrote, "I'm sick of this where's the album sis."

Rihanna, being Rihanna, clapped right back, commenting, "I'm sick of this where the album sis."
