Rider Says The Snowshoe DH Track Is "Gnarly And Slippery"

The World Cup is making a stop at Snowshoe Mountain Resort this weekend and it's hard to say whether the highlight is the racing or seeing what a bunch of Europeans make of West Virginia.

This race has been a highlight of the circuit off and on for many years and this year's return couldn't have come at a more fitting time.

Take a look at the unruly practice conditions in Jack Moir's video below.

Jack Moir has a unique ability to make eclectic and incredibly accurate race previews and recaps that make the viewer feel like they are really in on the action. It shouldn't come as a surprise either considering Jack is a former EWS overall winner and has been around the global racing scene for years.

The only person who creates something to rival Jack's Moi Moi TV is Ed Masters. Eddy runs the undisputed king of in your face race coverage, EdBull Media House. That truly is an untouchable channel.

Offshoot media outlets aside, this year's World Cup at Snowshoe looks like it is shaping up to be a wet, rocky Appalachian mud fight. It will be very interesting to see who comes out on top at this iconic American track.
