Rider Hits Nearly 60mph On Mountain Bike In Snow

Many riders are interested in bombing hills to see how fast they can go. Some riders take it a step up.

Watch Swedish enduro legend Robin Wallner reach nearly 60 miles per hour on his bike through a snowy mogul field.

This video is crazy due to the surface that Robin bombs down. When Markus Stöckl set the world speed record, he chose a smooth hillside to straightline down.

Similarly, Fabio Wibmer reached 65 mph in his Streif edit on a groomed hillside. Wallner went nearly as fast dodging moguls and ruts. Thankfully, Robin stayed upright and didn’t get thrown overboard by the rough surface.

See his POV of riding the snow below.

Robin Wallner is a Swedish e-enduro racer who rides for Ibis bicycles. After ending his successful career retiring from Enduro at the end of 2021 and taking 2022 off, he raced the 2023 E-EDR. In a tight field full of former pros, Wallner’s best result was 9th.

As Robin leans into fatherhood and removes himself from the grind of professional racing, it is great to see him still break his own speed record.
