Actress and TV host Ricki Lake took to social media to celebrate her personal journey of self-acceptance.

The 54-year-old posted a photo of herself sitting in an outdoor tub as it fills up with water, wearing nothing but some jewelry. She holds her arms around herself, smiling with her eyes closed.

Lake gave the post a meaningful caption, writing, "Hands down, these days are the best of my life. 54 1/2 years old (young!) Grateful for all that had to happen for me to get to here.
